Skill sessions are offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings through the winter indoor season. We will run one blocks over 5 weeks. Our Skill sessions are a great opportunity for players to increase and develop key hockey skills, improve fitness and mobility whilst increasing your knowledge of the indoor game and hockey in general.
Skill session are not travel team oriented. Sign up individually. Train in a fun and challenging environment.
Targeted ages U16 and below.

All of our programs follow FIH rules. No goggles allowed unless medically necessary.
