Rennie Milne

Philly Hockey Club Head Coach Rennie Milne brings over 25 years playing and 30 years coaching expertise and knowledge to the program. Playing in Scotland for club side Menzieshill HC, Rennie was one of the top indoor players and helped his team to secure Scottish National titles as well as European titles.

Starting as a youth coach for Menzieshill HC, he assisted their senior athletes, then the Scottish Institute of Sport, which trains Scotland’s national athletes for junior and senior outdoor and indoor programs.

Making the move to the USA, Rennie was appointed USA Indoor Junior Head Coach. This program has produced junior and senior capped athletes. Taking on the USA Senior Women’s role as well as the juniors in 2014, Rennie guided the senior indoor athletes, in Canada 4 Nations, Germany Indoor Tour and a win at Big Apple International Indoor tournament.

Rennie has stepped back from his USA Indoor International coaching duties to focus purely on further developing and strengthening Philly HC’s program for both the Junior and now Senior sections. Most recently Rennie has played for the USAFH Masters O50 program, representing the team at CanAms in March 2025.

Most recently Rennie and Nicky Hitchens have taken on the task of outfitting and opening Philly Hockey Clubs own purpose build indoor hockey specific facility in November 2024. Philly Sport Center, situated in Newtown Pa offers year round programming. The venture has expanded the clubs ability to deliver top level coaching to clubs members, the local community, and has hosted USAFH Men/Boys Indoor Teams, and Men/Women’s Indoor Masters Teams.

Nicky Hitchens

Nicky Hitchens joined Philly Hockey Club in August 2023 when Mystx FHC and Philly merged. With over 20 years coaching the sport and 45 years playing organized field hockey, Nicky brings a wealth of experience to the club.

Before joining Philly Hockey Club, Nicky coached 20 seasons at Drexel University where she helped guide the Dragons to nine appearances in the CAA Championships. During her tenure Drexel developed seven All-Americans and over 50 First and Second Team All-CAA Selections. The team earned its first-ever CAA Championship title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament in 2012, the first of two appearances during her tenure.

She also had a standout playing career at the University of Pennsylvania, helping her team win three Ivy League championships and earn two NCAA Tournament appearances, advancing to the semi-finals in 1988 at their home field, historic Franklin Field. After college, Nicky worked as a litigation assistant in Wilmington, Del for 20 years, before making a career change into coaching.

Nicky’s coaching philosophy focuses on developing confident, resilient athletes who can excel both on and off the field. She is dedicated to helping players improve their technical skills while fostering leadership, communication, and a lifelong love for the game.

Erik Enters

Coach Erik Enters brings over 30 years of playing and coaching experience to the program. Coach Erik began his playing career at North East Field Hockey Association in NYC (1986) with Greenwich FHC. He has 20 years playing experience in NEFHA for Greenwich and then North Jersey FHC. Was a member of Philly Hockey Team in the old North American Premier Indoor League (NAPL, precursor to the current JPIL league but for adults) and played multiple international tournaments as a member of the USA Indoor National Team. Erik has coached middle school, high school, elite club hockey, and as an assistant to Head Coach Rennie Milne with the US Senior Women’s Indoor Team.

Erik worked as a College Counselor at Upper Merion Area HS, is a certified School Counselor, and has worked in public education for 28 years. Head Varsity FH coach at Perkiomen Valley High School for 09 years. Erik was a site coordinator for the USA Futures program, and has his Level 2 coaching certification.

Jackie Connard

Jackie brings over 20 years of playing and 11 years of coaching experience to our staff. Jackies is a very driven, knowledgeable and passionate coach who enables her players to become the best athletes and players. Jackie has been with Philly HC for 12 years and is a important part of the clubs coaching staff.

Jackie playing career spans Brown University for four years, Philly Hockey Clubs Adult section to present, Running on Empty and USAFH Master Teams 035’s Indoor and Outdoor. Jackie is a a very active and accomplished player all round.

Jackie is a full time qualified architect and works for Ellen Happ Architect, a local firm in Doylestown.

Riley Donnelly

(Current)

Coach Riley Donnelly brings over 15 years of playing and coaching experience to the program. She grew up playing in Doylestown, PA with CB East High School and clubs FSC and WC Eagles. Riley played collegiately at the University of Maryland earning a spot in three Final Fours and winning three Big Ten Championships. As an impact player throughout her career, she earned both collegiate and high school NFCA All-American honors. Riley’s time playing internationally with the Women’s Indoor National and Junior Outdoor National teams expanded her knowledge of the game by playing against and studying the playing styles of different nations. An extensive playing career is intertwined with coaching of a range of ages and experience levels. Currently, Riley works as a Development Engineer for a medical device company, Biocoat, and plays for adult teams, including Philly Hockey Club. In becoming a part of the Philly Hockey Club coaching team, Riley is excited to share her passion for the game with the athletes and help them develop as hockey players and individuals.

Kamal Seehra

(Current)

Born and raised in Canada, Coach Seehra moved to Kenya at the age of six, and at seven, he first picked up a hockey stick, sparking a lifelong love for the game. Seehra achieved the prestigious title of national champions with his school team and also competed in the national division with senior club hockey, further honing his skills and dedication to the sport.

 At 17, he moved back to Canada, where he played for the Canadian junior program at both the provincial and national levels until U21. Seehra also played for the Toronto Lions Field Hockey Club, one of the oldest and most successful clubs in North America. 

Seehra’s journey took him across the Atlantic to England, where he played for two years with Slough Hockey Club, securing back-to-back promotions with the senior club. His international experience and competitive spirit have been cornerstones of his athletic career.

Beyond his playing career, Coach Seehra has dedicated himself to coaching the next generation of athletes.He has coached youth in Toronto with the Toronto Lions Field Hockey Club and is currently coaching with Philly Hockey Club and Gwynedd Mercy Academy. His is committed to developing young talent and fostering a love for field hockey.

Hannah Havrilla

(Current)

Coach Hannah Havrilla brings over 14 years of playing and coaching experience to the program. She grew up in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, where she played for Wissahickon High School and club teams Mainline Mayhem and Philly Hockey Club. Hannah went on to compete at the Division I level for Central Michigan University, where she appeared in and started the majority of games throughout her collegiate career. She earned Academic All-MAC honors beginning her sophomore season and served as team captain during both her senior year (Fall 2023) and her COVID-extended season (Fall 2024).

While at CMU, Hannah began her master’s degree in Reading and Literacy to become a reading specialist. She was also named an NFHCA Scholar of Distinction and earned selection to the NFHCA National Academic Squad.

In addition to her playing career, Hannah has coached at various levels, including through her local high school and as a USA Field Hockey Nexus Coach while she was playing in Michigan. She recently accepted the position of Head Coach for the Wissahickon High School girls’ field hockey team and is continuing her graduate studies through Central Michigan University.

As she returns to Philly Hockey Club, Hannah is excited to give back to the program that helped shape her as a player. She looks forward to sharing her love of the game and continuing to grow as a coach while helping young athletes develop both on and off the field.

Sophia Wasyliw

Coach Sophia Wasyliw brings over a decade of playing experience and several years of coaching to Philly Hockey Club. A central Bucks South graduate (2017-2021), Sophia was a three-year varsity starter and committed to play Division 1 field hockey at La Salle University from 2021-2025, where she demonstrated leadership and consistency on the field throughout her collegiate career.

Following her graduation in 2025, Sophia will begin her professional career in the insurance industry as a Marketing Representative for Philadelphia Insurance Companies. She remains deeply passionate about the sport and is excited to continue coaching with Philly Hockey Club after the recent FSC merger, helping the next generation of athletes grow both on and off the field.

Brooke Golbeski (GK Coach)

Coach Brooke Golbeski brings over 10 years of combined playing and coaching experience to Philly Hockey Club. A dedicated goalkeeper, Brooke began her playing career at Central Bucks West High School (2017–2021), and trained with elite club programs including Mystx Field Hockey Club and WC Eagles.

She went on to compete at the NCAA Division I level with Rider University (2021–2025), where she was part of the team’s 2022 conference championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. In 2025, Brooke will pursue her master’s degree at Delaware Valley University while playing a fifth year of collegiate field hockey.
